Registration Check List
Delaware County Community College offers new, re-admit, and current students multiple ways to complete the Enrollment Steps and register for classes, both on campus and virtually.
Open Dual Enrollment students (i.e., current high school students taking college courses independently of your high school and not as part of College in the High School or Pathway programs), should visit dccc.edu/DualEnrollment.
Visiting students (individuals who are matriculated [enrolled] at another college or university and who wish to enroll at DCCC for courses that will transfer back to their current institution) should visit dccc.edu/Visiting.
New, Re-Admit, and Current Student Enrollment Steps
Students who are familiar with the enrollment steps can click here to go right to Drop-in Registration event details.
New students and re-admits (i.e., students who have not enrolled in one year or more) need to complete an admissions application to start the process. New students who wish to participate in a Drop-in Registration event are encouraged to apply (Step 1) and complete the mandatory Online Orientation (Step 4) prior to participating.
Continuing students can skip this step.

New students are invited to complete Steps 1-4 as soon as possible. Steps 1, 2, and 4 can be completed independently. Steps 3 and 5 can be completed by appointment or during a Drop-in Registration event (see dates and times below).
New students are encouraged to schedule an appointment with an academic advisor after completing Steps 1 through 4 for the best academic advising experience.
Current students are encouraged to schedule an appointment with their assigned academic advisor for advising. If your assigned advisor is unavailable, please schedule an appointment with Career and Counseling Services. Current students who already received advising can self-register when adding or changing classes.
Please Note: Students need to complete the FAFSA for every academic year that begins in August and are encouraged to do so as early as possible, and no later than May 1. Financial aid assistance is available during Drop-in Registration events and during regular business hours. Visit dccc.edu/FinancialAid for more information.

Drop-in Registration Events are available in person and virtually every Wednesday, select Saturdays, and select weeks. Outside of these select dates, students should schedule appointments to receive academic advising.

Add/Drop Dates
The College’s Add/Drop periods offer students the opportunity to add or switch courses at the start of each part of term. Students are encouraged to speak with an academic advisor to add or switch courses. To speak with an advisor during a respective Add/Drop period, click the drop-in link or visit one of our physical locations. Please call your respective branch to ensure availability of services you are seeking prior to arriving.
