Religions often express the thrilling power of Divine Energy and -- simultaneously -- the anxious urge to rein it in. We all fare better when we acknowledge that God doesn't fit into any boxes, and humans -- created in the Divine image -- don't fit them either. Queerness is the natural state of God, and a Queer Theology allows us all to find ourselves at home and centrally placed in the Divine scheme of things.
