Come join the celebration with local drag performers Roxanne Rohls and Ophelia Hotass! Roxanne and Ophelia will dazzle us with a performance and host the show that will also feature student drag entertainers. This event promises to be engaging and fun but will also discuss the gravity of sexual assault and the importance of sexual consent.
A brief discussion during the show will include experiences with performance, identity, the importance of consent, and the fears/anxieties/safety concerns surrounding performance in both LGBTQ and presumed straight/CIS-identified spaces. The conversation may include personal stories of harassment, the threat of sexual assault, and the stigma associated with these environments.
