What is the role of Assessment Services?

Assessment Services handles a variety of testing and related services including placement tests, College Level Examination Program (CLEP) and American College Testing (ACT).

The Assessment Center also handles:

  • Transfer of credit to Delaware County Community College from another college
  • Credit for prior college-level learning
  • Change of major
  • Change of advisor
  • Course substitutions
