New Choices Holds Entrepreneur Workshop, Next Class Starts March 22
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • March 3, 2016)—Successful business owner Linda Fox recently gave a workshop on “Is a Career as an Entrepreneur for Me?” to students in Delaware County Community College’s New Choices Career Development program. Fox, an alumna of both the New Choices program and the College, has operated Linda Lane Wall Coverings in Media for more than 30 years. She frequently provides information and guidance to New Choices students interested in starting their own businesses.
New Choices is a FREE, six-week career exploration and job re-entry program that provides individual and group support, career planning workshops, employer contacts, networking opportunities, résumé writing, interviewing techniques, as well as basic computer skills. The program assists participants in finding meaningful employment and improved economic security, through achieving their career, educational and personal goals.
