Kids Camp Offers Innovative Summer Programming for Ages 6 to 16
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • June 5, 2018)—Delaware County Community College is once again offering a summer camp program for kids ages 6 to 16. The program includes weekly day camp for kids ages 6 to 13 and specialty camps for 10 to 16-year olds. Spots are filling quickly, so sign your child up now by calling 610-359-5025.
Day camps are offered from 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. and start with a central drop off and morning meet-and-greet, before children will move into different structured activities, including science exploration, cooking classes, art workshops, and outdoor activities and games. Each week costs $245 and campers can choose to attend one or all of the following sessions June 25-28 (Week 1), July 9-12 (Week 2), July 16-19 (Week 3), July 23-26 (Week 4) and July 30-August 2 (Week 5).
In addition to day camps, for the second year in a row, the College is offering specialty camps for 10 to 16-year olds on topics such as TV and film production, acting, TV hosting/anchoring, music and voice production, construction, building an electric guitar and child care skills.
