Interactive Simulation Technology
The College has made significant infrastructure investments to assure the best possible opportunities for students by providing simulation in the form of interactive mannequins. These mannequins breathe, have pulses and simulate real patient situations. This form of learning teaches students how to perform patient assessments, skills set and challenges the student to critically think through various scenarios set up and evaluated by laboratory and clinical instructors.
It's just one way Delaware County Community College has worked to improve students’ readiness for their career.
