Strategic Plan Priority 2 - Engagement
The Vision of Delaware County Community College focuses on the success of our students.
The most common way to measure student success at a college is examining the retention and completion rates of our students. As a result, identifying ways to increase our students’ satisfactory academic results is critical for our strategic planning. The College commits to using a student-centered approach to examine what success means to students and eliminating barriers to their success. We will increase the retention and completion rates by learning from our students, implementing high impact practices, and using data to identify insufficient resources to strengthen successful support systems. This work will be designed and implemented with a commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
