Nursing Students Receive Scholarships from The John Lazarich Foundation
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • January 16, 2015)—Three Downingtown residents who are nursing students at Delaware County Community College received scholarships recently from The John Lazarich Foundation. Each student received a $5,000 scholarship. The foundation supports students enrolled in the College’s nursing program at The Chester County Hospital.

Delaware County Community College has served the educational needs of Delaware and Chester counties since 1967, when it was founded. More than 26,000 students enroll each year at the College’s six Chester County and three Delaware County locations. The College offers quality, affordable education and training opportunities that help residents earn associate degrees, transfer to four-year colleges or universities, attain professional certification, or enhance their skills through enrichment courses.
