September 23 Registration Deadline for New Choices Program
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • Sept. 4, 2014)—Delaware County Community College’s New Choices Career Development Program begins its next seven-week session on September 30, 2014. Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The deadline to register is September 23.
The New Choices Career Development program helps individuals gain the knowledge and skills needed to find a job, enhance your career and become self-supporting. New Choices is a FREE program that helps individuals make career, educational and personal changes successfully. The program provides individual and group support, career-planning workshops, employer contacts, networking opportunities, résumé writing, interviewing techniques and basic computer skills. The goal is to assist participants in reaching economic independence by finding and retaining employment and/or training.
