Deadline Extended for New Choices Program Beginning October 8

(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA)—Registration for the fall session of Delaware County Community College’s New Choices Career program has been extended through October 7. New Choices is a FREE career exploration and job re-entry program that provides individual and group support, career planning workshops, employer contacts, networking opportunities, résumé writing, interviewing techniques and basic computer skills.
If you are unemployed, a single parent, separated, divorced, widowed, married or a single person of modest income anxious to get back on track with your career, New Choices can help. The program can help you gain the knowledge and skills you need to find a job and become self-supporting. It also assists with personal issues, such as self-esteem, self-confidence, assertiveness, and time and money management.
