Three Sessions Available on Transitioning to College with a Disability
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • April 5, 2016)—Do you have questions about succeeding in college with a disability? Attend one of Delaware County Community College’s Transitioning to College with a Disability sessions to learn about students’ rights and responsibilities and meet with representatives from the Office of Disability Services. Students, parents and educators are invited to attend.
Transitioning to College with a Disability will provide insight into the application process, documentation needed to arrange for reasonable accommodations and strategies to help students succeed. Representatives from the Office of Disability Services will also be on-hand to answer questions and address concerns. Choose from one of three dates:
- Thursday, April 14 at 6 p.m. in the STEM Center Auditorium at the Marple Campus (901 S. Media Drive, Media, PA)
- Thursday, April 21 at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria at the Downingtown Campus (100 Bond Drive, Downingtown, PA)
- Thursday, April 28 at 6 p.m. in Room B137 at the Pennocks Bridge Campus (280 Pennocks Bridge Road, West Grove, PA)
