Personal Introduction
I graduated from Temple University in 2014 with a Ph.D. in Mathematics. I received my M.S. in Mathematics from Tennessee State University in 2008 and my B.S. in Mathematics with minor in Physics from Addis Ababa University (Ethiopia) in 1998. My teaching career began in 1998 after completing my Bachelor’s degree and has become a lifelong passion. I enjoy teaching Mathematics and helping my students. I have taught several undergraduate courses, including Basic Concepts of Mathematics, Statistics, Beginning Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, II, and III, Business Pre-calculus and Business Calculus, Linear Algebra, Number Theory, Real and Complex Analysis, Modern Algebra, and Advanced Linear Algebra, and Differential Equations at a college and university levels.
Scholarly Interests
Discrete Harmonic Analysis, Signal Analysis, Wavelet Theory, Spectral Graph Theory and Functional Analysis.
