I enjoy helping underprepared students be successful in college-level course work. My teaching uses guided notes, small data collection projects, and simulations to illustrate how mathematical principles apply to real-world situations. It is my belief that it is essential to create an encouraging learning environment, promote high standards, and deliver quality instruction.
