Program Description

Effective: Fall 2016

The History Program is designed primarily but not limited to those students who wish to pursue a Baccalaureate Degree in History. The program of study will provide students with the foundational history courses as well as those courses that meet their general education requirements. Upon successful completion of an Associate in Arts Degree in History they will be able to transfer into parallel programs.

Faculty Focus – Professor of History and Global Studies Program Coordinator Jeffrey LaMonica participates in colonial militia history demonstrations throughout Greater Philadelphia and leads the College’s annual student field trip to Gettysburg National Military Park. LaMonica earned a Master of Arts in History from Villanova University and Master of Philosophy in Liberal Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
