The Agreement:
If any of the above terms are not met, La Salle University shall determine appropriate transfer of credit and admission on an individual course basis. DCCC and La Salle will assure that appropriate personnel in their respective colleges are aware of this Agreement and will support it.
Both parties agree to continue working on transfer guides and articulation agreements that specify for DCCC transfer students the DCCC courses that satisfy major requirements for degree completion at La Salle.
Both parties agree to exchange data and documents annually that will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of this arrangement, enhance the transfer process, and
promote effective cooperation between the institutions. These will consist of data about individual transfer students, including admissions information and grades. The
institution(s) will exchange data after obtaining appropriate permission from the students as indicated on the "Intent to Enroll Form."
This agreement will automatically renew unless personnel from DCCC and/or La Salle determine that a meeting is necessary to review and/or amend this Agreement. Either institution may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice of at least one (1) year in advance of the effective date of termination. Should this Agreement be terminated, it is understood that students already accepted to La Salle University through the effective date of termination will continue to receive the benefits articulated in the original terms of the Agreement.
