Congratulations DCCC 2024 Grads! We are excited that you are entering a Grad Video!
Please carefully read the rules and entry guidelines before submitting your video:
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN.
BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE PROMOTION PARTIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
By participating in this campaign, you completely release Instagram and Facebook. You acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
The “Follow Your Flame Grad” (“Video submission”) starts at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/15/24 and ends at 8 p.m. (ET) on 5/20/24 (“Entry Period”). The sponsor of this campaign is Delaware County Community College’s Marketing and Communications Office, 901 South Media Line Road, Media, PA 19063 (“Sponsor”). The campaign shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and the decisions of the Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise and discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: ENTRY IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES, WHERE NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AND ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED DELAWARE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS IN GOOD ACADEMIC AND DISCIPLINARY STANDING THROUGH THE TIME PERIOD OF April 15, 2024 – May 10, 2024 and are eligible for Spring 2024 Graduation. The minimum overall GPA requirement to stay in good academic standing is a 2.0. Please visit dccc.edu/academic-advising for additional information on academic standing. DELAWARE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
All U.S. Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void outside the eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. By sharing a video in this Campaign, participants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
HOW TO ENTER: Upload Short Video Clips. and fill out form below. Introduce yourself!
- Film your videos in a vertical format in a quiet and well-lit area.
- Students are encouraged to film on campus.
- Students are encouraged to wear cap/gown if available.
- Video must not exceed the time limit of 60 seconds.
- Videos must be in MP4 or MOV format.
- Only 1 submission per DCCC 2024 grad. Even if you work as a team, only one student should send in entry.
- Video must be original content.
- Video production must not violate the DCCC code of conduct.
- Videos that do not meet the entry criteria may not be included in the public communications on social media.
- Video may be posted on DCCC social media and/or website. A DCCC release must be signed.
- The use of copyrighted material, including music or images, is prohibited.

Why Should you participate?
- You have achieved an important milestone that deserves recognition and celebration! Share this momentous occasion with family and friends!
Entrants may upload videos of themselves. Group grad videos are permitted. However, if the winning entry is a group video, only the student uploaded the video is the winning party. Anyone featured in video must fill out the video release form. Inappropriate videos will not be considered and could involve disciplinary action. Graduates are free to use their creativity but may not include profanity or other inappropriate words and/or images. Be thoughtful about what you publish. Feel free to wear cap and gown and take videos on campus.
Limit one (1) submission per 2024 graduate.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Campaign constitutes entrant’s consent to Delaware County Community College’s use of entrant’s name, likeness, and photo submission for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration and releases Delaware County Community College and the Contest Administrators from all claims arising out of the use of such attributes. Consent is irrevocable.
Student video entries that are approved for social media posting will be notified via the email they provide on the entry form.
GENERAL: Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in the video campaign. By participating in the Campaign, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and waivers, and releases Sponsor, from, all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this campaign or delivery, non-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of, or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or other theory.
PRIZES: The first twenty-five approved entries will receive a $5 Wawa Gift card.
WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Each approved video uploaded to through this submission form will be reviewed by Delaware County Community College and gift card winners will be notified. Winners must contact Cass Hamby at chamby@dccc.edu or 610-359-5051 from the Delaware County Community College Marketing and Communications Office to claim their prize by 6/30/24 at 12 p.m. Otherwise, the Sponsor has the right to select a new winner. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
