If this is your first experience as a student in the United States, welcome! It can be difficult, and even frustrating in your first adventures away from home. But here at Delaware County Community College we have resources to help you find situations that are safe and can make a positive contribution to your experience.
Students are highly encouraged to take advantage of campus life and student success activities that are hosted by a variety of offices at the College.
Sports, Athletics, Campus Life and the Arts
Do you like sports or want to be involved in a club? The College has a variety of sports programs and more than 20 student clubs and organizations! All students are invited to visit the Campus Life Department.
Campus Philly
Delaware County Community College is a proud member of Campus Philly. Students looking for fun, cultural, exciting things to do in and around the city of Philadelphia should link to Campus Philly and participate in their events. Campus Philly is a wonderful and resourceful network of colleges and universities that all students can benefit from. Through Campus Philly, students receive discounts to restaurants, concerts, shows, and more!
Off-Campus Activities
Students can utilize several local recreational facilities by purchasing advance tickets or showing a College ID card. Activities offered include ice skating, bowling, tennis, in-line skating and the use of several fitness centers. Specific information on facilities, location, cost and dates available can be obtained from Campus Life.
