The Delaware County Community College Transfer Office has partnered with several institutions to form a number of transfer articulation agreements. These transfer agreements serve the students by offering a number of benefits, including guaranteed admission, application fee waivers, admittance into junior standing, scholarships, tuition discounts and more! We encourage students to use our TransferCheck tool to review the types of transfer agreements the College has with the specific four-year colleges and universities.
Our Dual Admission partner institutions guarantee admission to the institution. Students may also be guaranteed admission to a particular major of choice as long as eligibility requirements are met. In order to be eligible to transfer under the terms of the Dual Admission agreement, students must complete an Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Applied Science (AAS), Associate in Fine Arts (AFA) or Associate in Science (AS) degree to qualify (depends on the institution). The application fee will be waived or refunded. Students transferring under the Dual Admission program are also guaranteed scholarships. Additional benefits may be included in the agreement.

Delaware County Community College students can complete programs of study that are not offered by the College, but are available at area community colleges. By taking the prerequisite and general education courses offered at DCCC, when students transfer, they will benefit by paying the in-county tuition rate for attending a community college outside of their county of residency, thereby saving hundreds to thousands of dollars in tuition. They will then earn the associate degree or certificate from the partner community college upon successful completion of the program. Please meet with a Transfer Advisor to enroll in the appropriate prerequisite courses needed for transfer.
