Fall 2009 Online Learning Welcome Letter

Fall courses can be accessed starting 6am Friday, August 28th.  Login by Wednesday, September 2nd.    Accelerated II courses can be accessed starting 6am Friday, October 16th.  Login by Wednesday, October 21st.  

 

How to access your course:

1.      Go to http://dccc.webstudy.com

2.      Your WebStudy User Name and Password

User Name: Your DCCC ID number. Example: P12345678
Password: The word password (all lower case) unless you changed your WebStudy password previously.

*** For MAT 130, Finite Math go to http://www.dccc.edu/dl/f09/f09.html then click the Login Help box next to your course.

 

You may also access WebStudy through the delaGate portal at http://delagate.dccc.edu (upper right corner after you log in). After logging into the portal, click the Webstudy icon (upper right). For the first login, you will be prompted to reenter your DCCC id number and your Webstudy password. The information will then be saved.

 

 

NOTE: Login to your course to view and print your course syllabus.

Remember

·   Students must login to their course  by Wednesday, September 2nd   for courses starting  August 31st and by Wednesday, October 21st for Accelerated Session II courses starting October 20th. 

·   Visit the distance learning web page and review the Student Resources section (left hand side of the screen) to learn more about what you will experience in your online class.

·   Purchase textbooks during the first week of class (textbook info is on the syllabus)

Important information for a successful semester

·         For questions about your course, your grades or related academic matters, contact your instructor.

·         Please allow your instructor at least 36 hours to respond to your inquiries.

·         For general distance learning and technical questions, contact Distance Learning.

·      Some courses have meetings and require ‘in person’ testing at one of our Learning Resource Centers.

·         If you need to schedule an exam at the Downingtown, Exton, Pennocks Bridge or Southeast campus, contact Distance Learning one week prior to the exam start date.
