CAPA

Founded in 1972, CAPA (Centers for Academic Programs Abroad) has provided quality services to thousands of students overseas, including transportation, classrooms, guest lecturers, administrative assistance and housing accommodations.

CAPA is dedicated to the principles of Maximizing Study Abroad to provide a holistic approach to active engagement of participants in academic, social, cultural, and other activities in the local community, and faculty blend many of these activities into the curriculum.

CAPA provides 24-hour emergency telephone coverage for faculty and students: 617-292-6336.

CAPA maintains a comprehensive health and safety plan to ensure a safe and productive learning environment for students and faculty.

CAPA is registered with the U.S. Embassy and is on the State Department's advisory list to receive regular updates on security issues abroad. These updates are communicated to students.
