The new Southeast Center located in Drexel Hill is currently under construction and scheduled to open for classes in January 2026.
This additional location, which is located at Garrett Road and Lansdowne Avenue, is the site of the former Archbishop Prendergast high school.
The College is renovating the 80,000 square foot main building and adding a 30,000 square foot annex and a 17,000 square foot Early Learning Center that will transform a 7.5-acre portion of the 35-acre property into a new, full-service center.
The new location will offer community education programs such as computer literacy, GED preparation, and reading and writing programs for English Language Learners. Additionally, the new location will feature academic and career/workforce credit-earning training programs in high-priority occupations such as Culinary Arts.
